Are you keeping your sanity in a down economy?

I know how it is to wake up in the morning and feel a little down. Like when your car will not start, and you lost your job or a big sale. Things are really tough right now. I think that Miami is down more than most other cities because we rely so much on the tourism dollar.

I was walking along Ocean Dr. on South Beach recently and noticed that things are changing very rapidly. It looks like a lot of the fun has been sapped right out of the spirit of things there. We used to sell timeshares at the Crescent Resort on the strip, and that place has a for sale sign up and hardly any sign of life. We used to have a magical enterprise there, and it was bustling with customers.

Where have all the good times gone?
