Driving around for a rental property is not easy.

If you think it might be easy working in Real Estate and just doing rentals, think again. Each deal is an up hill battle. Nothing is ever easy. We started out around the Dadeland area in Kings Creek. This is a rather old community and is really not very nice on the surface. I am sure that some people in there keep up the interior, but we did not like the outside and or the guard.
Next, we got to drive around Coral Gables and near the Univ. of Miami. This area proved to be quite interesting with lots of people out and around. The homes in the Gables were very nice as well. This looks like a great place to live.
